Review All car claims where never requested

I bought a Dacia Duster and through the first 3 years i had 3 claims for my car. Not even one was fixed and after much shouting they told that they never actually write down the claims and now 4 years later they told me that the warranty is valid for 3 years instead of 5 that they originally stated and now there is nothing i can do. UNTRUSTED, UNRELIABLE MONEY LOVERS.
