Poor, very poor connection
Hello! I am paying the bills on time and when I check our connection - it always differs. I have called you many times, was hold on the line for 5 minutes at least 2 times. The internet goes off SEVERAL TIMES A DAY every day. Now it's lockdown - I must attend lessons and my flatmate has meetings - because of your negligence studies and workflow is out of control. Please, solve this issue, I need good internet for which I am paying or I will terminate the contract.
