Reviews of YIANNIS MAMAS DEVELOPERS LTD

Myself and 3 friends purchased a property from this developer. General workmanshio was shoddy and not recently there is a leak through the roof and the lounge and bedroom tiles have lifted. We agreed a deal with the younger son, Makis who promised to fix the apartment and rent it out over the summer. He advised he would take 1000e for repairs and we would receive 1000e rent. What actually happened is that he lied and stole from us. He claimed the repairs amounted to1200e ( although it transpired he had hardly done any of the agreed work) but to add insult to injury he has lied, cheated and evaded our requests for rent owed, This has gone on since June this year and we more recently approached his parents for assistance. However the Father ( owner of Yiannis Mamma) proceeded to yell at us then shoved myself and my friend and proceeded to physically assault me. The assault was captured on video and this is how Yiannis Mamma treat their customers - absolutely despicable . My advice is to steer clear from these unscrupulous crooks !
