RAETI is a Special Purpose Acquisition Company (SPAC) that is aiming to build a future-proof bank through the acquisition of a Liechtenstein-based bank. By acquiring the bank, RAETI will also look to acquire FinTech, RegTech, and BlockchainTech companies in order to provide unique investment products based on CHF, EUR, and USD to wealthy clients.
