Reviews of Aeliotis - Nicosia

Hello,

I recently bought a mobile phone from a department store of Aeliotis. One week after using the phone it started to be problematic. By that i mean , sms were not received on time they were sent but long after (hours mostly), when i was unlocking the buttons were auto-pressing making it impossible to use. even after i locked the phone it kept on doing it. I took the mobile back and they said they will sent it to get fixed. They didnt even give me a substitute mobile to get by, not to mention they said that they also need my pin card and memory stick! After , they inform that they didnt need those! Why on earth would you need those in the first place? Not to mention the attitude of the lady there was ironic and impolite. After 3 whole weeks i went back to the store since they havent even called me, to check if my phone was back. It was there on the shelf. After i took it , the next day, problems were back. I called them again to get information to where they sent it to take it myself, (having in mind what the other man said to me that they took it a limassol store without even knowing where that store was) and the lady said we are sending it to our head offices in nicosia! Surprised as i was i told her that i had been told different but she didnt have a clue. Her attitude was the same as last time , ironic and impolite. So what now, take my phone back for 3 more weeks? For just a software update? This must be the worst customer service i have ever encounter not to mention the poorly service they provide on fixing mobiles. I m now stuck with a faulty mobile and i m thinking of goin to a different store to buy a new one.
Dont make the mistake to buy from Aeliotis store.
