Unibros Steel Co. Ltd. was founded in 1988 by Vladimir Delic with the aim of taking advantage of the opportunities presented by the collapse of the USSR. The company quickly became the leading player in the Russian steel market, as the rest of the world was unable to access the steel due to the lack of proper management, organization, financing, and materials.
